Gas Grill: A Popular Choice
A gas grill is a popular choice for many
cooks because it offers fast and even heat. If you have
a charcoal or electric grill you will be much more
restricted in your heat control and how your finished
meal will end up. A gas grill
heats through a burner with small holes making a solid
line of flames. You can adjust the heat by turning up
the amount of gas going to the burner. You may just want
a low slow heat for a tender meat like fish. Or you may
want a searing heat that will seal in the juices of a
steak and just lightly cook it. Many people like their
beef steaks rare on the inside and lightly cooked on the
outside with a nice barbeque taste.
Many people that like to cook outdoors prefer a gas
grill also because it is a very clean heat source for
them. They do not have to be bothered with emptying out
ashes after each use or scrubbing off a grill. The gas
can torch off most of any waste from the cooking process
and it does not leave any waste as it burns and heats.
It is easy to pack up and put away once it has cooled.
You can also buy a large gas grill that can cook the
meat for a large crowd. It is easy for people planning
large outdoor gatherings to gather together several
large gas grills in a park or large yard and have a
great day with lots of food for everyone. The number of
barbeques can increase as the size of crowd increases if
your party has turned into a big success.
