Beer Batter Quick Bread

I love this simple, easy quick bread recipe and so do my family and friends. A great accompaniment to most barbeque dishes.

3 cups Brodie's Self-rising cake & pastry flour
3 tbsp. white sugar
1 bottle of beer

Mix ingredients together and pour into a lightly greased bundt pan.
Bake at 375° F. for 35 minutes.
