Thai Chicken Barbeque Marinade
This is truly one of my favorite
marinades. I have found
that it is not only wonderful on chicken, but is also
great for salmon.
Marinate your chicken of salmon in the
following for several hours in the refrigerator:
3-6
garlic cloves crushed
1 T. ginger
1 T. hot chili sauce
4 green onions chopped
1 T. lemon juice
1/4-1/2 c. Hoisin sauce
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. fish sauce
1/4 c. honey
2 T. soya sauce
2 T. oil
Your guest will rave about your excellent
barbequing skills!
